Melissa // Sunrise Maternity Session Cave Creek Arizona

Sunrise in the desert is magical and one of my favorite places to be, but nothing to compares to experiencing rain in the desert. Melissa and I met for Brunch in Cave Creek as we always do when I’m in Arizona, and I told her about how much I wanted to get to shoot at a location I love and hadn’t had a chance to on this trip. In true fashion for the two of us, we both just looked at each other and were like haha ok! So, in the face of an insane weather forecast and basically less than a day’s notice, I bought a dress and she packed up little Corbin and met me at 630am. We arrived and within minutes were given a peek of a sunrise thru a full cloudy sky, A FULL RAINBOW that turned into a crazy little rainbow haze, a bald eagle circling us, and then a rain shower 20 minutes later.
