McKenna // Afternoon Maternity Session on Lake Michigan Ludington, Mi

Summer is just starting here in Ludington, and it’s maternity session season for me lately. There is something about the coast of Lake Michigan, especially during the spring and summer season that just really makes for magic. I have known McKenna for a long time- we used to be neighbors and my daughter would yell for her off our front porch. I photographed her wedding, and now getting to document her pregnancy has been really special. We met up on the dunes in the afternoon just outside of Ludington State Park and wandered around- probably cackle laughing most of the time.
My summer season here in Ludington is such a busy one, and Im really looking forward to so many more moments like this.
