Daily Life // Blueberry Picking with Cousins Fountain, Mi

Every year we pick blueberries with my mom at the blueberry patch a mile down the road from her house, the house I grew up in, and we’ve been doing it for YEARS. This patch has the HUGEST blueberries ever, and she usually makes a few pies, and then a bluebery sauce to freeze for my son who loves it on his pancakes. Now that I’m older and have kids of my own, and my brother does too, we do this with my moms grandkids and it’s probably one of the best things of the summer. The kids will ask probably fifty times before they’re ready, and we look forward to it as much as 4th of july and getting the boat out.
