going UP // family adventure to the upper peninsula, michigan

Fred + I last minute took the kids on a four day road trip up north this fall with grand plans to camp (fail, it was COLD) and hike waterfalls (we did, GLORIOUS) and explore some places we saw as kids. We drove so many miles, at so much gas station junk food, slept in the car a lot, and camped one night. One of the best things of the whole year. Chloe puked on a waterfall and we still don't know why, I fell on my ass a bunch- totally normal, and we managed to still make it to Pictured Rocks. #win
